When I first saw this I didn't know what to say, the look of surprise just blows my mind.... The vision that comes to mind is one of astonishment, amazement, and sheer clarity.
It's hard to think of anything less original then this so 10 points for awesome originality!!
Technique, well you can't really do much better then this, the overlay seems to work well, and you almost wanna know who that other persons hand is. As well as composition just working well, with great framing and being able to see those piercing green eyes just blows me away!
Impact well it just impacts in many ways. Top effort Sabrina. It's a pity I won't be able to critique your work for much longer.

a very expressive one, very clear, face expressions are great like a mystery and fear of the world behind. And the rope shows beautiful abstract,
and the third hands definitely make it more artistic though some thing scary if you saw its first impact. very similar hands too with first look you can't get that which of the two are real. beautiful model Sabrina, and at the end a very well executed photograph, Just Excellent. love it
